Terms & Acknowledgements

By submitting this form, the business (“Participant”) agrees to the following:

Independent Parties:Participant understands and agrees that MOOV Enterprises LLC (“MOOV”) is an independent service provider authorized to offer transportation support during the European Christmas Market (“ECM”).
- MOOV is not an employee, agent, subsidiary, affiliate, joint venture, or partner of ECM, and no action by MOOV or its representatives shall be interpreted as representing the views, operations, policies, or decisions of ECM.
- ECM and MOOV are completely separate legal entities, and each operates independently.
Waiver & Release of Liability:Participant agrees to fully, irrevocably, and permanently waive, release, and discharge MOOV, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and drivers from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of, or related to:
- use of MOOV’s carts, vehicles, services, drivers, or support
- transportation of Participant’s goods, equipment, merchandise, materials, or personnel.Participant further agrees:
- They will not pursue any legal action against MOOV or its drivers for any damage, loss, injury, delay, theft, weather conditions, or incidents of any kind.
- Participant accepts complete responsibility and assumes all risk for their products, belongings, equipment, staff, volunteers, and activities while using MOOV services.
- Participant attests they have their own insurance to cover their property, staff, equipment, and operations during ECM.
- MOOV’s drivers are not personally liable for Participant’s goods or personnel.
Scope of Service:MOOV is providing transportation support only.
- MOOV and its drivers are not responsible for loading, unloading, carrying, lifting, securing, assembling, disassembling, installing, moving, or staging any items.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring their property is safe, secured, and transport-ready.
No Refunds After Deadline:All reservation fees paid to MOOV for ECM services are non-refundable after November 20, 2025, regardless of weather, vendor cancellation, non-use, disputes, or event conditions.
No Liability to ECM:Participant agrees that ECM is not liable for any part of the transaction or transportation service provided by MOOV. Participant agrees not to hold ECM responsible for any loss, damage, injury, claim, or dispute arising from use of MOOV.
Assumption of Risk:Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with transportation of their materials, equipment, goods, staff, or representatives and agrees that MOOV does not guarantee delivery times, weather protection, space availability, or uninterrupted service.
Binding Agreement:By submitting this form and using MOOV services, the Participant confirms they are authorized to enter this agreement on behalf of their business and are legally bound by these terms.
