

Referrals:

Drivers can refer MOOV to either other drivers or customers

MOOV has rewards and bonuses for referring other drivers

When you refer a driver, you earn $25 after their registration is approved and completed

Refer 10 drivers and earn an additional $100 bonus after all 10 registrations are complete on top of the $25 bonus for each driver that you will already earn

Click on the Driver app menu

Select Refer To Driver

Use the "Share Via Whatsapp" or "View more sharing options" links to send your referral code to potential drivers

Contact the driver and remind them to use that code during their sign up process

To access the driver menu, click on the menu button on the top left

Refer and Earn - allows you to share a referral code with other drivers and riders (MOOV often has driver rewards for referrals that complete their registration)

Manual Ride - If a customer needs help booking a ride, you can manually book one for them - note, City and Airport policy prohibit drivers from soliciting potential customers for rides

Earnings allows you to see weekly earnings and full ride history

Schedule Ride - see all open requests for a scheduled ride as well was your own accepted scheduled rides

Live Requests - See open requests that are active currently

Support - Contact MOOV for questions and emergencies

Rate Card - find mile and minute rates for each ride type
To go to Driver Settings and Profile, click on your profile picture or the arrow at the top right

QR Code at the top allows riders to scan and request rides from you directly

IMPORTANT - The pencil icon on the top right allows you to set up Stripe; You MUST have stripe enabled before accepting rides to get paid automatically - failure to do this can delay access to your earnings as it requires manual support

Documents allows you to update your profile picture or upload new documents as your old ones become expired - the required document will automatically appear as a submission option when it's expired

Add Emergency Contacts allows you to inform friends and family when you take MOOV rides

Service Type - this allows you to select which types of rides you want to be booked for, MOOV recommends selecting all available ride types to increase your chances of earnings


Setting up Stripe to get paid for rides:

As described above, open the driver menu

Click on your picture to access the driver profile

Click the small pencil / edit icon on the top right

Once in the driver profile, scroll down to Account Details and select "Connect with Stripe"

Follow the instructions on Stripe, our third party global payment provider. If you already use Stripe for another rideshare, you can use the same email / login to speed up the process
Selecting Service Type:

All drivers are enabled for Standard as a default

If you have a vehicle that seats 6+ people, we will enable you for MOOV XL
-
If you have a luxury vehicle, we will enable you for Executive and Executive XL depending on seat limit

Go to the driver app menu

Select your profile picture to open up settings

Scroll down to service type

In the Service Type menu, you can select which vehicle class you want to be requested for - MOOV recommends selecting all available to maximize your earnings
