MSP Airport Rides
MOOV Rideshare is licensed by the Metropolitan Airport Commission to offer Airport Rides. All MOOV Drivers can complete drop offs at the MSP Airports.
Drivers may use below for instructions on how to register for Airport Pickups once they're enabled on the platform.
Step 1
Register as an Airport TNC Driver or log in to manage your existing TNC Account
Step 2
Add MOOV Rideshare to your list of TNC Companies - MOOV will reimburse the $25 licensing cost after you upload your MOOV Airport TNC Permit to your Driver App or email it to info@themoovapp.com
Step 3
Verify MOOV has been added to your list of TNC permits and print the certificate - per Airport policy, you must keep a printed copy of your TNC Permits in your vehicle at all times during a TNC Ride
Step 4
Submit your TNC Permit to MOOV Ridehsare by emailing
info@themoovapp.com or visit the documents section in your Driver App under your profile - once MOOV has enabled Airport pick ups, you can wait at the waiting zones to receive a pick up ride request
Note: As of February 18, the MSP Airport has the waiting lot to two additional zones that will include over 50 restaurants and many other amenities
